Each folder has a different job

Each folder establishes a different record and gives the agent a different job. The folders do not run in a required sequence.

TimeSTARTING
DefinitionThe measured period in which something takes place.
In Universe CityYour agent establishes the commitments that already use your time and the time you want to protect. Work, commuting, sleep, meals, preparation, appointments, responsibilities, and rest can all be placed on the calendar as you confirm them.

Health
DefinitionThe condition of a person's body and mind, and the care taken to maintain it.
In Universe CityAppointments, medications, symptoms and mood, recorded as they happen. What you are due for, what you have let go, and who you last saw about it.
What you buildA health record holding your appointments, your medications, what you have reported, and what is currently due.

Language
DefinitionThe system of words a person uses to understand others and to be understood.
In Universe CityReading, writing, speaking, grammar and punctuation, placed at a level and tracked. Where your comprehension currently limits what you can do.

Background
DefinitionA person's origins, family and history.
In Universe CityWhere you come from. Parents, grandparents, the people you are related to, close friends, and the timeline of your own life. Not jobs and not addresses.

Identification
DefinitionProof that a person is who they say they are.
In Universe CityWhich documents you hold, what each one is for, when it expires, and how it is replaced. Universe City records that a document exists and its status. It never records the number on it.

Finance
DefinitionThe management of money.
In Universe CityWhat comes in, what goes out, what you owe, and what is left. Budgeting, saving, credit and financial literacy. This is education, not advice.

DefinitionRelating to the law and to matters the law decides.
In Universe CityOpen legal matters, court dates, charges and deadlines. Where to go for help and how the process works. Universe City is not a law firm and does not advise on the merits of a matter.

Mediation
DefinitionSettling a difference between two sides.
In Universe CityConflicts with a landlord, an employer, a coworker, a family member. What happened, what was said, what was asked for, and what was agreed. Universe City is not a therapist and does not provide counseling.

DefinitionGaining knowledge or skill through study or instruction.

DefinitionWork done for payment.
In Universe CityEvery job you have held, when, for whom, and who can confirm it. The record you need when a form asks for five years of history.

DefinitionKeeping something running the way you want it to run.
In Universe CityWhat you do for your own sake, with no obligation attached. Hobbies, going out, rest, personal interests you want to explore, and the small comforts that make a day bearable.

DefinitionThe people in a place and the relationships between them.
In Universe CityWhere you live, who you know there, what you show up for, and what you contribute. Volunteering, civic participation, and making a connection on purpose.
